Online Coaching:
This is a great inexpensive way to work directly with a coach one on one. Many clients say that online coaching with me by email is more effective for them than a group coaching class. The main reason for that success is because this allows them to focus on their own issues and opportunities.
During the coaching process, we will use many of the same PowerTools I use during the traditional coaching work we do with clients around the world.
Rates for ECoaching start at $150 per month for 3 "return visit" subjects each month and go to $325 per month for unlimited subjects each month. Sign Up Here
Personal Coaching:
This is done by telephone, so it doesn't require coming to an office or a lot changes to your schedule. Although some people still prefer to sit with their coach, nearly all of my clients will tell you that this approach is very convenient, and their success shows that it really works well.
I am currently offering one free consultation to ensure we are able to work well together. Coaching is so personal, it's important that you connect and trust your coach when hiring one. The call will also give you a good feel for how I work with my clients.
Here's how it works - We will discuss issues and opportunities during the call, and build on that communication with emails between the calls. Using my experience as a graduate coach and former leader of large corporations, I will guide and help you become clear about your next steps, provide you with readings designed to give you new insight without a lot of demands on your time, and we'll discuss how our work is helping you progress.
The Four Windows Coaching Process is the coaching process we will use. It is designed to address each of your life's main aspects - the career individual ( the person who gets up each day and goes out to make a living ), the personal / family side ( how do you replenish yourself, what do you do with your loved ones ), and the financial manager ( what do you do with your income, how do you manage your finances ).

Rates for Personal coaching -
25 minute phone sessions - $275 per month for 2, or $525 for 4
45 minute phone sessions - $475 per month for 2, or $850 for 4.
Single session coaching, subject to availability, starts at $150 per call.
